Train the Trainers - Champion Woman

The Champion Woman workshop conducted for the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA) was based on the essence of both organisations: women uplifting women.
In this ‘train the trainers’ model, women are both the impact-makers and the impact-bearers, as the wives of the brave men who protect our country show us their own fierce brand of courage and resilience.
By inducting twenty five women from the Dakshin Bharat Area into the programme, the GA foundation has ensured that the training will create positive ripples throughout the entire network of army wives as these women pass on their knowledge to thousands of women across the region.
This workshop is based on a foundation that more and more people are starting to realise: ‘When women empower each other, incredible things happen.’
