Ranjini Manian is an entrepreneur, cultural ambassador, author and philanthropist. She is also a caring mother of two, a loving daughter, a sympathetic sister and supportive wife. She is the founder of India’s premier relocation and cross-cultural services company – Global Adjustments – which publishes the pan-Indian cultural magazine Culturama. She has spent the past two decades connecting global citizens of MNCs to India. While promoting Indian business cultural understanding among foreign direct investors and returning Indians, she became acutely aware of the additional burden that women carry in order to have it all, especially as India transitions from tradition to modernity. In her entrepreneurial journey, Ranjini was invited to serve on the Harvard Women’s Leadership Board. There she met entrepreneurs who had turned their amazing ideas into highly successful business concepts. She realized that with a positive outlook and calm mind, she could achieve that level of success too. This led to the importance of mindful living and life coaching as the way to harness women power. That’s how the Global Adjustments Foundation movement started.
